Omni Hotels & Resorts has been responding to the cyberattack since Friday, March 29, when immediate steps were taken to shut down systems to protect and contain data. While certain systems were temporarily offline, the majority have now been restored. An investigation with a leading cybersecurity response team is ongoing as we work diligently to restore full functionality to all systems. Despite the disruption caused by the cyber attack, we continue to prioritize the care and comfort of our guests.
